As a small start-up, Analytic Rigour contracted weSIMPLIFI to manage our marketing efforts. As the lead, Kris coordinated web developers, graphic designers, and the president of AR in creating and launching our website, bringing the project in on time and under budget. She also developed our social media strategy and helped in researching grants and RFP's.  In addition, she targeted trade-shows and speaking opportunities, creating a detailed Excel workbook of the opportunities for client review. Analytic Rigour

Kris supported Mr. Delivery’s management team with HR guidance and mentorship. Her style of counseling staff and management alike was similar to sitting down with a therapist. She was able to efficiently and effectively mediate issues, focusing people on results instead of blame. During her two month consultancy, she also created and/or wrote human resources and financial policies and procedures, developed an Office Management budget, and created management guidelines, which she then integrated into an easy to use Google Intranet site designed to support our Office, Call Center & Human Resources management.
